T V newscaster Amanda Burden teamed up with Jason Stone early last year
to purchase the remaining six unsold lots at Bay Harbour. Amanda's family involvement
in real estate began with New Seabury where her father was the developer starting in the

such as Maushop Village, Promontory Point, The Bluff, Seaside and The Mews. Amanda
and her family still own New Seabury Co L.P. and, retain interests in Mashpee Commons
on Cape Cod and Airport Business Center in Santa Rosa, California. Other family real estate
